Founders Liz Cunningham and Lauren Cheek launched the company in October of 2015 after working in the realm of fashion for a combined total of 10 years. Both graduates of Los Angeles’ very own Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Liz and Lauren knew their complimentary interests and skill sets would one day create the perfect business partner pairing. Thus was born the Minimalist Movement. Drawn to a “clean and simple” design and style aesthetic, it was only natural that the founders would incorporate this “less is more” philosophy into their business model. “We believe in honing in our clients’ core competencies and then forming a customized strategy around these strengths to promote them in the most effective way possible,” says Liz Poteracki, Co-Founder and Sales Director of MM. “We believe that each of our clients is highly unique and that, with the right amount of guided strategy, their specialized experiences and interests will set them apart from competitors.”
